Adobe Reader allows you to print pdf files with notes a PDF file with sticky notes. With the click of a mouse, you can insert these yellow and white callout icons on the PDF page as you type comments.

Not all printers support double-sided printing. When you are ready to print, this program converts your annotations to a Summary of Comments page. Preview this Summary of Comments page before you print your expanded PDF file. Install Adobe Reader X, if it is not already on your computer. PDF where you wish to insert this icon. A dialog box with your name, date and time will display.

Type your comment in the box. Adobe Reader dialog box and list the comments. The Print dialog box will show the preview window. Click the page arrow or click and drag the slide button under the preview window to navigate to the Summary of Comments page. Edit the other options, such as Page to Print, Size Options and Orientation. Pages to Print section in the Print dialog box and type a page number in the text box. To save this read-only file with your Sticky Notes, click the “File” menu, click “Save As” and click “PDF.
